License requests must be accompanied with a current rabies vaccination certificate (not the invoice). This certificate needs to be included even if you sent it last year—if it is good for multiple years, you still need to submit it. You will get it mailed back to you with your 2021 license. License issued after April today will be charged an additional $5.—LATE FEE per DOG.
