BOARD MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town Board of the Town of Wrightstown, Brown County, Wisconsin, will hold their monthly board meeting in the Town Hall in Greenleaf on THURSDAY, AUGUST 11, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., Wrightstown Town Hall, 1527 Day Street, Greenleaf.

Agendas will be posted at the Town Hall, Greenleaf Wayside Bank, Greenleaf PB Store; Dick’s Family Foods in Wrightstown and also atww.townofwrightstown.org.

1)         Roll Call

2)         Approve Agenda

3)         Discussion and possible action on Direct Annexation by Village of Wrightstown and related issues

CLOSED SESSION:   The Town Board may proceed into CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session or pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1) (g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.  The Board may thereafter reconvene in open session to report the results of the closed session and consider the balance of the Agenda.
