PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wrightstown will hold a Public Hearing at the Wrightstown Town Hall in Greenleaf, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, October 16th at 6:30 p.m.   

The purpose is to review an application from Dale and Nancy Demske, 6007 County Road PP to build an accessory building on a parcel or lot of less than ten(10) acres before a residence has been constructed, Zoning Ordinance Article IV General Provisions J. Accessory Building or Use. 1) No Accessory building may be constructed on a lot of less than (10) acres, until a residence has been constructed. The Accessory Building would also exceed the square footage in article VII K-3. 

The property 2.3 acres Parcel W-557-3 is on County Rd. PP. The Board will take testimony from the variance applicant and interested members of the public, receive all other evidence offered, and then determine whether this variance will be granted under Wrightstown Zoning Ordinance Article XVIII (H).
