BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wrightstown will hold a Public Hearing at the Wrightstown Town Hall in Greenleaf, WI, Tuesday, September 18th at 7:00 p.m. The purpose is to review an application from Jeff Laack 6488 State Hwy 57 Parcel W-667-1 to build a Accessory Building on a parcel or lot of less than ten(10) acres before a residence has been constructed. 

This hearing is regarding Zoning Ordinance Article IV General Provisions J. Accessory Building or Use. 1) No Accessory building may be constructed on a lot of less than (10) acres, until a residence has been constructed. The property three (3) acres Parcel W-667-3 adjoins 6488 State Hwy 57 Parcel W-667-1 to the north. The Board will take testimony from the variance applicant and interested members of the public, receive all other evidence offered, and then determine if this variance will be granted under Wrightstown Zoning Ordinance Article XVIII (H).
