PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wrightstown will hold a Public Hearing at the Wrightstown Town Hall in Greenleaf, Wisconsin, on Monday July 16th at 6:00 p.m.   The purpose is to review an application from Dale Liebergen to build a machine shed within the 85 foot setback off of Outagamie/County Line Road, parcel W-41.  The Board will take testimony from the setback variance applicant and interested members of the public, receive all other evidence offered, and then determine whether this setback variance will be granted under Wrightstown Zoning Ordinance Article XVIII(H).
