NOTICE OF 2^ND  CITIZEN’S PUBLIC PARTICIPATION HEARING

 

The Town of Wrightstown will hold a 2^ndcitizen’s participation hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, located at 1587 Day Street; Greenleaf, WI  54126. 

The purpose of the hearing will be for the Town of Wrightstown to comply with the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application with a Citizen’s Participation Hearing. 

The following is an agenda that will be followed during the public hearing:

1. Roll call.
2. Explain the CDBG program.
3. Provide details of proposed improvements to the Town of Wrightstown Sanitary District No. 1 wastewater treatment plant.
4. Receive citizen comments regarding the CDBG activities.
5. Adjourn. 

Agendas are posted in Greenleaf at the Town Hall, Greenleaf, Wayside Bank, and Country Visions Convenience Store, as well as at www.townofwrightstown.org(Town of Wrightstown’s website. 

Residents of the Town of Wrightstown are encouraged to attend, especially residents with low-to-moderate incomes. 

IF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR SOMEONE WHO IS DISABLED, PLEASE CONTACT THE TOWN CLERK, DONNA MARTZAHL (920) 864-7927 NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2015, SO THAT THE APPROPRIATE ACCOMMODATIONS MAY BE MADE.
